NaVorro Bowman aiming for return in time for 49ers minicamp
SANTA CLARA, Calif. -- San Francisco 49ers linebacker NaVorro Bowman hasn't played a snap of football since Oct. 2. That day, he suffered a Garrett Grayson Authentic Jersey torn Achilles that cost him the rest of the season.
Bowman has unfortunately grown accustomed to missing large chunks of time, but those absences haven't killed Bowman's desire to play. In fact, they've only strengthened his resolve to get back better than before.
Such is the case currently as Bowman reported for the start of the team's offseason conditioning program Monday with his Achilles mostly healed and a return apparently imminent.
“I believe he’s going to be cleared when Louis Lipps Womens Jersey we get going on the field," coach Kyle Shanahan said. "I know that’s something him and [head athletic trainer Jeff Ferguson] are still working out. Right now, he was in the weight room doing the testing and stuff. We can’t go out on the field with him yet, but when that time comes, I think two weeks from now at minicamp, might have a better answer for you.”
Bowman said he participated in the running drills and other tests the players participated in Monday. While he said he still has some kinks to work out, Bowman is also expecting to be back on the field when the Niners hold their first minicamp April 25-27.
Of course, whether Bowman gets fully cleared to participate in that is up to Ferguson but Bowman said Ferguson watched him Mondayhttp://www.authenticsteelersshop.com/shop-by-players-jesse-james-jersey-c-2_24.html and thought he moved well.
Getting back to full strength has been another lengthy process for Bowman, who has previously returned from multiple serious knee injuries. Bowman has spent most of his time near the Niners facility so the training staff could keep an eye on his rehabilitation.
"It was good," Bowman said. "We took it slow. In the last month, started ramping it up, doing a bit more things, jumping around, it’s been great, there’s been no setbacks or anything, just looking forward to getting back out there and showing what I have."
Upon his return, Bowman will be jumping into a 4-3 defensive scheme under new coordinator Robert Saleh. It will be the first time in Bowman's eight-year career he hasn't been in a 3-4 front. Although it's something new, Bowman expressed excitement to play in a scheme where he's only responsible for one gap and doesn't expect the adjustment to be too difficult.
The goal will then be to get back to the elite level of play he's known for.
"I was telling the guys today, I’m hungry," Bowman said. "I’ve been out of the game since Week 4 so any accomplishment that I had before, none http://www.coltsshopauthentic.com/shop-by-players-19-johnny-unitas-jersey-c-1_9.html of that matters. I really want to get back to prove myself and get back to that level and guys were saying ‘What are you on? How are you moving like this so early?’ So I’ll put the work in and I think God will bless me with a great season this year."

Titans DL Sylvester Williams Wants to Make Late Father Proud
As a member of the Titans, the team’s new defensive lineman plans to continue doing things to make his father happy. He just wishes his dad could witness it himself.
“I remember when I first went to college, myDenzel Perryman Authentic Jersey dad was so happy for me,’’ Williams said. “The day I got drafted by the Broncos, he was so proud. And I told him then: ‘Everything I do is going to be for you. I did everything I could to make him happy, and to make his life as easy as possible with his health issues.
“I know he was proud of me -- he used to tell me all the time. It hurts not having him here with me, but I plan to live through the memory he created.”
Sylvester Williams Sr. died on February 10, a little more than a month before his son signed as a free agent with the Tennessee Titans. The elder Williams saw his son, who worked at Backyard Burger and Taco Bell while in high school, pay his dues after nearly missing out on a chance to go to college -- and play football -- while working in a factory for six months after his high school graduation.
He also saw his son win a Super Bowl ring in Denver-Broncos Womens Jersey Denver after becoming a full-time starter, and a dependable pro.
Sylvester Williams Sr. died following a heart attack last month. He’d battled health problems for years.
The day Williams signed with the Titans, he said he was thrilled to know the Titans believed in him. But the 6-foot-2, 312-pound nose tackle admitted it was hard to not have his father with him on such a big day.
“Being here in this moment without him, it’s tough,’’ Williams said. “But I know he would be happy for me.
“I just want to be as good a man, and as good a father as he was. He was a great man. My father worked in a factory for over 20-something years. There was nothing he couldn’t do. I’ve seen my dad build walls and he was the type of person who wanted to help everybody, that’s just how he was. He never took the time to look out for himself. That’s why when I was able, I tried to do everything I could to make him comfortable.”
A first-round pick by the Broncos in the 2013 NFL Draft, Williams has played in 60 games over the past four seasons, with 48 starts. He started all 16 games last season for the Broncos, when he recorded 29 tackles and a sack.
In his career, he’s tallied 94 tackles and six sacks.
The story behind Williams is one of determination.
In high school, he started just one game at Jefferson City (Mo.). A coach spotted him in the hallways, and asked him to go out for football, so http://www.officialvikingshop.com/shop-by-players-chuck-foreman-jersey-c-2_35.html he gave it a shot. He was raw, with poor technique when he took the field. When he played, he simply tried to outmuscle his opposition. When his senior season ended, he figured that would be the end of his playing days.
Williams worked at Wal-Mart for a short time before landing a job at the same factory where his father worked, Modine Manufacturing Company. He made radiator parts for large trucks, and said he was happy with the money and the benefits. But six months in he wondered if there was something else out there for him.
“I have a ton of respect for the people there,’’ Williams said. “But I just knew I wanted to pursue something different in life, so I went back to school.”
A former coach suggested Williams go to junior college, and he did. His father drove him to Coffeyville (Kansas) Community College, roughly five hours from him.
There, Williams got serious about football, and his life. After ballooning to 360 pounds, he got into better shape, and he ate better. He learned football, and colleges began to find out he had a lot of potential. Williams visited schools like USC, Auburn, Ole Miss, Oklahoma State and Baylor before deciding on North Carolina.
Williams started 45 games during his collegiate chttp://www.officialvikingssale.com/shop-by-players-captain-munnerlyn-jersey-c-2_49.html areer, and earned a first-round draft pick.
Now, after four years in Denver, Williams is ready to make an impact in Tennessee.
He’s excited. And he’s determined to keep going.
“It’s sad to see him go, it really is,’’ Williams said of his father. “He took a lot of pride in his kids. It hurts not having him here with me.
“But I am going to keep doing the things that would make him proud.”

Mark Sanchez picks 6; Bears fans may not be done booing Jay Cutler's number
It would be difficult to find a uniform Corey White Authentic Jersey number that's been booed by Chicago Bears fans over the past eight seasons more than No. 6.
But whatever bad mojo Jay Cutler brought to the number, it hasn't dissuaded Mark Sanchez from choosing to wear the number he wore at USC and with the New York Jets and Denver Broncos. He wore No. 3 with the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys.
Cutler's eight-year stint in Chicago, which http://www.authenticbroncosshop.com/shop-by-players-terrell-davis-jersey-c-1_20.html came to an end when the Bears released him in March, was not without its highlights. In fact, he rewrote the record book for the QB-starved franchise. But expectations were Super Bowl-caliber when the Bears acquired him from Denver in 2009 for a hefty price, and the result was just one playoff berth.
Sanchez can relate to the pressure of the position. He once was booed during a scrimmage in New York. His "Butt Fumble" is one of the morehttp://www.authenticnflraidersshop.com/shop-by-players-menelik-watson-jersey-c-2_49.html infamous plays in NFL history.
But maybe the future is brighter for No. 6 in Chicago. At least the expectations won't be as high.

Caswell Enters Surprise Guilty Plea in January Party Shooting in Salem
An 18-year-old rural Salem man Shilique Calhoun Womens Jersey pleaded guilty in Marion County Court to three of ten charges pending against him following two shootings at a Salem party in January.
Tyler Caswell entered the open plea late Tuesday morning before Judge Marc Kelley to one Class X felony charge of aggravated discharge of a firearm, obstructing justice for disposing of the gun after the shooting, and unlawful possession of a stolen weapon. Two counts of attempted murder were among the counts that were dropped.
Caswell will be sentenced on May 31st at 11 am following completion of a presentence investigation report.
As part of the plea, both the prosecutionJairus Byrd Youth Jersey and defense agreed the sentences did not have to be served consecutively because great bodily harm had not been proven. Caswell's attorney Matt Wilzbach says that ultimately means Caswell will face six to 30 years in prison on the Class X aggravated discharge of a firearm charge, with the sentence on the other two sentences running concurrently.
Caswell pleaded guilty to the aggravated discharge of a firearm count involving the shooting of 20-year-old Jacob Hayes of East Lester in Salem. Wilzbach says Caswell had always admitted to having fired the shot at Hayes, although he had claimed his action was in self-defense to keep from being shot himself. Caswell had maintained the shot that struck 21-year-old Jacob Joyner of East Bennett in Salem was an accident whenhttp://www.authenticsteelerssale.com/shop-by-players-martavis-bryant-jersey-c-2_4.html there was a struggle over the gun.
Police later located a gun that Caswell had reportedly brought to the party, which resulted in the unlawful possession of a stolen weapon charge being added.
Wilzbach says the plea bargain was just worked out Tuesday morning before what was supposed to be the final pre-trial hearing in the case prior to a jury trial next week. Wilzbach says Caswell was looking at a minimum of 62 years in prison if found guilty of the charges. While Caswell could pursue self-defense, Wilzbach felt the plea struck a balance against what could be a much longer sentence.
Caswell remains in the Marion County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bond pending the sentencing hearing.
Both Hayes and Joyner were transferred to St. Louis Hospital for the treatment of their gunshot wounds, but both were later released andhttp://www.authenticsteelersshop.com/shop-by-players-jordan-berry-jersey-c-2_33.html were present in the courtroom for Caswell's preliminary hearing. Hayes has since been arrested on drug possession charges and remains in the Marion County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond.

Ian Williams Wins 53rd Congressional Cup
For the third time in his career and the first time since 2012, Ian Williams of Great Britain took home the Crimson Blazer after defeatingMerril Hoge Youth Jersey Johnie Berntsson of Sweden in the final round at the 53rd annual Congressional Cup hosted by the Long Beach Yacht Club.
“It’s fantastic,” Williams said, after winning his third Congressional Cup. “It’s been a long time coming, and it’s great to come back with some of the old guys from the olden days.”
Williams led Berntsson 2-1 in the best of five final, but in the fourth round, Williams received a black flag after his boat touched the officiating boat and Berntsson was given an automatic point.
“Honestly, we got the black flag, and we kindhttp://www.authenticsteelersshop.com/shop-by-players-justin-gilbert-jersey-c-2_22.html of knew it was coming,” Williams said.
Williams defeated Berntsson by over a minute in the fifth and final round and immediately celebrated with his crew. Not only had Williams defeated some of the top skippers in the world, but right before the final round, a heavy dose of fog arrived and decreased the visibility substantially.
“It’s pretty rare to race when you can’t see the top mark,” he said. “I think we dealt with it reasonably well.”
Williams knocked out three-time defending champion Taylor Canfield of the U.S. Virgin Islands in the semifinals. Canfield defeated Phil Robertson of New Zealand in the third- place match.
Chris Steele of New Zealand won the Fleethttp://www.coltsshopauthentic.com/shop-by-players-21-vontae-davis-jersey-c-1_11.html Race and, more importantly, the $2,000 prize. The Fleet Race featured the six crews that did not advance to the semifinals.

Trevor Siemian vs. Paxton Lynch. Let the uncivil war begin in Broncos Country
Let the bickering in Broncos Country begin. Are you with Trevor Siemian? Or do you roll with Paxton Lynch?
This isn't a quarterback controversy. It's an Dexter Mccluster Authentic Jersey uncivil war not seen since Tim Tebow left Denver.
When new Broncos coach Vance Joseph insists it's an open, 50-50 competition between Siemian and Lynch to be the team's starting quarterback, I believe him.
I also believe Joseph cannot possibly know exactly what he's getting himself into by letting Broncos Country be a house divided between Mr. Skittles (Siemian) and the Pirate (Lynch).
"It's open," Joseph said, "and it's going to go down to the wire, I hope."
Here's applause for Joseph committing to take his sweet time to fully evaluate the team's two young quarterbacks. If it requires all of training camp, or even half the regular season, to choose between Lynch and Siemian, that's fine by me.
Why? His call on the quarterback is one Joseph must get right, or he won't be the Broncos' coach for long.
A year ago, Gary Kubiak prioritized making the playoffs over finding the team's QB of the future, and he failed at both tasks. While it's understandablehttp://www.officialnflapparelshop.com/nfl-jerseys-kansas-city-chiefs-c-1_130.html why Kubiak took the win-now approach with the defending Super Bowl champs, he walked out the door at Dove Valley headquarters leaving a hot potato in the lap of Joseph.
How Joseph negotiates the noise emanating from the Siemian vs. Lynch debate will reveal much about if he's cut out to be an NFL head coach. Joseph must not only sell his decision to the Broncos' locker room, he must sell it to Broncos Country.
Around here, a coach unable to control the hubbub gets run out of town real quick. Or have you forgotten Josh McDaniels? Around here, the passionate fan base will scream about the quarterback until it's nearly impossible for a coach to ignore. Or have you forgotten Tebowmania?
Whether the position is left tackle or quarterback, Joseph insists "The best guys will play."
We all want to believe sports represent the ultimate meritocracy. But when the debate is about the quarterback in a football-crazy town, locker-room politics and the court of public opinion get all tangled up with whatever evidence is recorded in the all-22 video by Lynch and Siemian.
Think not? Well, Jake Plummer always was and always Jeff Locke Authentic Jersey will be a better NFL quarterback than Jay Cutler, but that didn't stop the Snake from losing his job when Mike Shanahan turned over a winning team to his prized first-round draft choice.
Remove the personal bias, and the math doesn't lie. Although Siemian was more experienced in the Denver offense and produced a much larger sample size in 2016, there was no significant difference between him and Lynch in completion percentage, touchdown-to-interception ratio or quarterback rating.
"I think you learn pretty quickly, or at least I did, that you've got to earn it every year and every day in this league," Siemian said.
There's a weird dynamic between Broncos Country and their two quarterback prospects. If Twitter is a window into the irrational mind of football fanatics, then Siemian is either the next Tom Brady or Brian Griese, while Lynch is either the league's next great gunslinger or too dumb to read NFL defenses.
"I believe in myself to be a starter this year," Lynch said.
While Siemian can command a huddle and is tough as nails, New England coach Bill Belichick exposed Siemian's limited skill set with a no-frills defense during the Patriots' 16-3 victory in December. Although Lynch's lack of footwork and focus can drive a coach nuts, if new offensive coordinator Mike McCoy can't find the pages http://www.officialvikingssale.com/shop-by-players-chuck-foreman-jersey-c-2_37.html in his playbook that allow Lynch's playmaking ability to shine as the starting quarterback, then John Elway hired the wrong coaching staff.
Let the bickering begin.

Get milk!
When I was younger, I used to take eggs from the fridge. I would hold them in my hands, watch, and wait. They never became chickens, which Terrell Davis Womens Jersey made me sad, but eventually happy, because it set me down the path of discovering milk.
The milk was always above the eggs in the fridge, so when I realized that eggs didn’t work the way I thought they would, I made a choice. I reached for the carton. Rather, I asked my mom if I could try the mysterious liquid of the refrigerator’s third floor. I was five. I was curious. And I was thirsty. And so I drank that 2% like my life depended on it.
By ten, I had made a fateful transition. Relegating watery 2% to the past, I made the transition to Whole. And boy did it complete me! But http://www.authenticcowboyssale.com/shop-by-players-rolando-mcclain-jersey-c-2_61.html this wasn’t to last. After three years of blissful milk-consumption, I read an article on Aol.com that said milk could be a carcinogen. I didn’t want to get cancer and die, so I did the drastic: I stopped drinking milk.
It was only five years later, and not necessarily in my correct mind, but oh was it my right one, that I caved—not because I was any less scared of cancer; I just missed my milk that much.
You see, I’ve never broken a bone. I’ve never broken a bone, and, for years, I drank at least a tall glass of ice cold milk with every meal. Is this just a coincidence? I don’t think so. Spanning not only cultures, but also species, milk unites the creatures of the earth. As an infant, milk is the crucial source of calcium that sculpts the skeleton. As a college student, milk is the crucial source of moisture that makes Oreos taste much better. Milk, in allhttp://www.authenticcowboysstore.com/shop-by-players-dak-prescott-jersey-c-2_44.html its forms, is not simply delicious. It is necessary.
Milk is not just a delicious, refreshing and nutritional beverage. It is also a colloidal-suspension, which sounds cool.

Shannon Sharpe’s message to Dez Bryant after WR reacts to criticism
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant Louis Lipps Youth Jersey shared his thoughts on racism in America in a series of Instagram posts Monday, and the following day NFL Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe responded to Bryant and urged Bryant to educate himself on the issue.
Following Tuesday's episode of Undisputed, Bryant called out Sharpe and accused him of "twisting my words."
On Wednesday, Sharpe invited Bryant to Justin Gilbert Womens Jersey come discuss the issue of race relations and racism on the show, and explained why he believes Bryant has a "shallow" perspective.
“When I discuss a topic on this show, I don’t do it for shock value. I say what I truly, honestly feel. I do my homework, I do my research, andhttp://www.coltsshopauthentic.com/shop-by-players-27-winston-guy-jersey-c-1_15.html I try to speak in a way that the people at home will understand what I’m trying to convey.

I ask that you read the DOJ report - the Department of Justice report - what they found in the police department in Ferguson, Missouri. What http://www.officialchargesshop.com/shop-by-players-dontrelle-inman-jersey-c-1_19.html they found in Chicago, and what they found in Baltimore, Maryland. Cowboys LB Sean Lee on Tony Romo: 'The guy is going to be remembered as one of the greats'
Sean Lee was one of several Cowboys players in Buffalo-Bills Womens Jersey attendance for Tony Romo's night as a Dallas Maverick.
Jason Witten, Tyron Smith, Ezekiel Elliott, Travis Frederick, Zack Martin, La'el Collins, Terrance Williams, Byron Jones and Lucky Whitehead were some of the other Cowboys inside the American Airlines Center on Tuesday night for the Mavs' home finale.
Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett and offensive Stefon Diggs Authentic Jersey coordinator Scott Linehan were also on hand.
"He's getting what he deserves," Lee said of how the Mavericks honored Romo for his decade as the Cowboys' franchise quarterback. "The guy left everything out there. He was an unbelievable player. The way he played, he won a ton of games for us. He played with heart, he played injured. The guy is going to be remembered as one of the greats."
Like Romo, Lee was a standout basketball playerhttp://www.officialvikingssale.com/shop-by-players-jeff-locke-jersey-c-2_19.html in high school. But Lee doesn't think he'd perform as well as Romo if put in a similar situation.
Romo was cheered by a packed house as he made several jumpers and even had some success going one-on-one against Mavs players during pregame warmups.
"I don't think I can play quite as well as he can," Lee said.
As Romo exited the court at halftime, Lee and several of his teammates were waiting near a locker room entrance under the stadium. Romo flashed a wide smile as soon as he saw the group. He then came over to slap hands and hug them.
"It's awesome to watch," Lee said. "I'm a huge fan of the Mavericks and how they play, coach [Rick] Carlisle, Dirk [Nowitzki], it's a great organization. Buthttp://www.authenticcowboyssale.com/shop-by-players-tyron-smith-jersey-c-2_9.html for them to go out of their way to honor Tony, it shows an unbelievable amount of respect.
"And Tony deserves it. He's a great quarterback and a great person. He's been great for the city of Dallas."

Allen: Defensive coordinator knows Razorbacks defense
FAYETTEVILLE — New Arkansas defensive coordinator Paul Rhoads knows best the deepest part of his Razorbacks defense.
Rhoads is new as Arkansas’ defensive coordinator but not new to Arkansas.
The former Iowa State coach (2009-2015) andBrice Butler Womens Jersey former University of Pittsburgh and Auburn defensive coordinator coached the Razorbacks secondary last year for Bret Bielema while Robb Smith, now Minnesota’s defensive coordinator, coordinated the defense.
An Arkansas secondary that struggled against the pass in 2015 improved under Rhoads in 2016 but a Smith coordinated defense that did especially well stopping the run in 2014 and pretty well stopping the run in 2015 got run over big-time in 2016.
Think of the secondary and pass-defense comes first to mind but the secondary is vital to run support, too.
Considering that senior first-team free safety Josh Liddell of Pine Bluff Dollarway operated second-team team strong safety and second-team nickel back in last Saturday’s scrimmage just to enhance his versatility, indicates the secondary’s potential.
For with senior De’Andre Coley and fourth-year junior Santos Ramirez, customarily alternating strong safeties, mixed and matched as the Khalil Mack Authentic Jersey first-team safeties, the Razorbacks secondary scrimmaged seldom missed a beat.
Statistically, Coley, 10 tackles, and interception and a fumble recovery, especially excelled. And Bielema, the only coach addressing media after the scrimmage, praised Ramirez, too.
“I really am happy with the growth of Santos Ramirez,” Bielema said. “I think maturity-wise, coachability, all those things are very, very positive.”
In the April 8 scrimmage Ramirez logged six tackles, one preventing a touchdown, and broke up a pass.
Returning cornerbacks Ryan Pulley and Henre Toliver have excelled and Rhoads now coaches two he counted on but didn’t have last year, Kevin Richardson and Britto Tutt.
Well, Rhoads had Richardson for one game. The now senior from Jacksonville not only is Arkansas’ best nickel back but top reserve cornerback also capable of playing safety.
Richardson missed the 2016 season after tearing pectoral muscles during the season-opening victory over Louisiana Tech.
He has practiced full tilt all spring breaking up three passes and making five tackles during the April 8 scrimmage and last Saturday with more blitzes added, making http://www.authenticraiderssale.com/shop-by-players-sean-smith-jersey-c-2_47.html a minus 8-yard stop among his eight tackles and breaking up a pass.
“K. Rich we feel really good about,” Bielema said. “Obviously that nickel spot he does some good things and he’s a very explosive player. He’s a guy that can really play all five DB positions.”
Tutt was last year’s junior college transfer cornerback expected to immediately help the 2016 secondary.
He couldn’t. A torn anterior cruciate ligament in an Aug. 18 preseason scrimmage ended Tutt’s 2016 season before it began.
Bielema and Rhoads have brought Tutt along slowly this spring.
He scrimmaged last Saturday for the first time and made six tackles for the second-team defense.
“I’ve liked Britto since he got here,” Bielema said. “Last year before he got injured, he was a guy we were talking about. We just felt like last week he wasn’t quite there yet. So it was good to see him pull the trigger. He’s very intelligent and he’s a very long corner. He’s got great length in his arms and legs. He’s a guy that we’re excited to get in the mix.”
Junior Reid Miller also played some snaps at first-team free safety and third-year sophomore cornerback Nate Dalton worked some second team.
“The good news is that we probably played truly six to eight DBs and then Nate Dalton came in and did some good stuff,” Bielema said. “So there’s a handful before we even get these freshmen coming in. I think Korey Hernandez (the January enrolled freshman who has practiced but was held out of the scrimmage because of an injury) is in a position to help us. So we are probably a little bit deeper and better at that position.”
The more he can count on at every defensive position the better, Rhoads said.
“I’m philosophically a believer in playing 22-plus guys http://www.authenticsteelerssale.com/shop-by-players-maurkice-pouncey-jersey-c-2_11.html as much as you can,” Rhoads said last Thursday of the second unit reservers spelling starters “think it does a number of things. I think it keeps you fast. I think it keeps you conditioned, so late in the first half and late in the game you’re still playing fast because you’ve rested guys and played guys. And I think it keeps morale high. So as we compete for starting jobs, the bulk of the two deep knows they’re going to be called upon and used.”

Strong tight end class might tempt Saints in this year's NFL Draft
At first glance, the New Orleans Saints could feel set in their current group of tight ends.
Coby Fleener is entering his second season Ladarius Green Womens Jersey with the Saints and Sean Payton expressed confidence Fleener's 2017 campaign should be more consistent. The Saints also appear to have depth there with Josh Hill and Michael Hoomanawanui returning to the team after injuries sidelined both players in 2016.
The Saints even brought back veteran John Phillips and carry youngsters Jake Stoneburner and Garrett Griffin on the roster.
So why would the Saints consider drafting a Djoun Smith Authentic Jersey tight end? The same reason the Saints selected Jimmy Graham in 2010 even though they employed veterans like Jeremy Shockey and David Thomas.
The prospects might be too good to pass up at certain points in the draft.
Players like Alabama's O.J. Howard, Miami's David Njoku and Ole Miss' Evan Engram are just the start of a very impressive tight end crop entering this year's NFL Draft. Another passing option for Drew Brees within the offense, especially given his rapport with tight ends, could convince the Saints to nab one at some point.
Plus, taking a tight end might make more http://www.officialchargesshop.com/shop-by-players-doug-flutie-jersey-c-1_20.html sense than you would imagine despite the gaggle of players already on the roster.
Fleener may technically hold four more years left on his contract. As like many contracts, the length of Fleener's deal is more deceiving than it may appear. Fleener could be on the chopping block if he doesn't perform better than in 2016. He would only carry $4.8 million in dead money spread over the final three years of the deal if the Saints release him after this year.
Hoomanawanui only has one year left on his contract after missing all of last season with a leg injury he sustained in preseason. So the http://www.officialnflapparelshop.com/nfl-jerseys-indianapolis-colts-c-1_46.html Saints could potentially need two tight ends next offseason.
Throw all of those factors together and the Saints may be open to drafting a tight end in less than two weeks.

Terrell Davis Chooses Hall Of Fame Presenter
CANTON, Ohio (CBS4) – Former Broncos Corbin Bryant Womens Jersey running back Terrell Davis revealed who will present him when he’s inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in August.
Davis was selected as a hall of fame inductee in February, but before he even played a down in the NFL at least one person knew he’d make it to Canton.
Agent Neil Schwartz, Davis says in his announcement, asked http://www.authenticcowboyssale.com/shop-by-players-troy-aikman-jersey-c-2_51.html that he, before the two even signed together, present him at the induction ceremony.
“I chose him, really for a simple reason, before I got drafted, before I signed an agent out of the University of Georgia, we met in a diner in New York, and we had this long talk,” Davis said. “It was probably around 8 o’clock in the evening. We shut the diner down around three in the morning. We had a very candid conversation. It was very honest, very open. When we left that diner, he looked at me and said, ‘I want you to promise me one thing.” And I said, ‘What is that?’ He said, ‘When you make it to Canton, I want to present you.’ I said, ‘Wow.” And so I took that as this man having all http://www.authenticcowboysstore.com/shop-by-players-dan-bailey-jersey-c-2_16.html the confidence in the world in me, and I hadn’t even played a down in the NFL. I said ‘OK, when it happens I’ll let you present me.’ So now he’s presenting me.”

Adam Jones loses it on reporter, Marvin Lewis has to calm him down
The anger management classes Adam Jones Nate Allen Womens Jersey was taking since he was accused of spitting on a jailhouse nurse really seem to be working.
The Bengals cornerback blew up at a reporter Monday, who had the temerity to ask about the most interesting thing to happen to him this offseason.
According to Jay Morrison of the Dayton Daily News, Jones said before his interview that he wasn’t going “to talk about court,” which presumably meant his January arrest.
Early in the process, he spoke about his gratitude toward the organization for sticking with him, but later a reporter asked if he hadhttp://www.officialvikingshop.com/shop-by-players-rhett-ellison-jersey-c-2_52.html anything “to prove to the fans for them to welcome you back since there were a lot of people upset with the way things went down in the offseason for you?”
That was enough to trigger him.
“Didn’t I just tell you don’t ask me that?” Jones said. “You out the [interview]. Turn around. Go back that way. See you. Next question. That’s his last interview for the year.”
Richard Sherman is presumably somewhere cashing a royalty check for Jones lifting his material, but the Bengals had to manage their volatile cornerback yet again.
Jones continued to berate the reporter (who walked away) for asking “stupid ass [expletive] questions,” after the interview ended. He then went to the restroom, but came back and yelled at the reporter to “shut the [expletive] up.”
That’s when teammates and even coach Marvin Lewis had to come to the locker room to calm him down.
The Bengals have been largely patient withhttp://www.authentic49ersshop.com/shop-by-players-patrick-willis-jersey-c-1_36.html Jones because he’s good at football. But as the weird dance with Sherman and the Seahawks proves, every relationship can eventually reach a point when one side decides it’s not worth it.

Drug overdoses claim nearly 3 times more lives than homicides, report says
Overdose deaths continued to spike last year, claiming nearly three times the number of victims than homicides.
Heroin and other opioids were blamed inCharles Clay Youth Jersey at least 84 percent of Jefferson County's 362 known overdose deaths, posing "Louisville's most significant public safety and public health crisis," said U.S. Attorney John Kuhn with the Western District of Kentucky.
Since toxicology reports are pending; the death toll may actually be higher, Kuhn said Tuesday after releasing a 40-page "Call to Action" to attack the epidemic on multiple fronts. The report makes several recommendations, including asking every school to implement evidence-based drug-use prevention programs.
"I'm not talking about 'bring in a cop,Tyron Smith Womens Jersey wag a finger,'" programs of old, Kuhn said.
Some schools in Jefferson County "have abandoned such programs, focusing instead on targeted intervention resources for children who are using substances" already, according to the report.
Another idea calls for educating parents that "an attitude of tolerance for even occasional or experimental substance use puts their children at risk for serious, debilitating and life-threatening addictions."
Yes, the experts are standing their ground with their view that marijuana can be a gateway drug — in opposition to a growing number of advocates pushing to legalize the drug. Kuhn said the research is "incredibly clear" that use of alcohol, marijuana or even cigarettes before age 21 significantly increases chances of addiction later on.
Dozens on the front lines in the public and private sector had input in the report, developed on the heels of a December heroin and opioid summit, hosted by Kuhn's office along with the University of Louisville School of Medicine and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.
During an interview Tuesday with the Courier-Journal, Kuhn underscored his dedication to finding solutions in three key categories — prevention, treatment and supply.
For starters, he wants a statewide repository tohttp://www.authenticcowboysstore.com/shop-by-players-darren-mcfadden-jersey-c-2_7.html more quickly and more accurately collect key data to define the breath of the problem. That includes tracking deaths, non-fatal overdose runs, the use of naloxone — a heroin and opioid antidote — and drug trends.
"Inconsistency is a huge problem," he said, pointing to discrepancies in fatal overdose numbers from agency to agency.
Treatment providers need to come together to track bed requests verses availability, the report states, citing Dr. Robert DuPont, a national expert on drug treatment and former White House drug czar. Prior efforts have been thwarted by what DuPont has publicly deemed a "long-running war" between those who embrace the Medication-Assisted Treatment, or MAT, model and those touting only abstinence.
The magnitude of the problem requires everyone http://www.authenticnflraidersshop.com/shop-by-players-rodney-hudson-jersey-c-2_9.html
to play a role — from parents and teachers to law enforcement and doctors and addiction specialists, according to the report.

Mike Tomlin vouches for Steelers TE Ladarius Green
Mike Tomlin praised Ladarius Green's impact on the 2016 Steelers during the NFL owners meeting.
Green, who missed 10 games due to various New-York-Giants Authentic Jersey injuries during his first season in Pittsburgh, caught 18 passes for 304 yards and a touchdown last season. After offseason ankle surgery caused him to miss the first half of the season, Green missed the team's final two regular season games and the entire 2016 postseason after suffering a head injury against the Bengals.
"He provided a component to our offense that was much needed," Tomlin said, per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
Love the Pittsburgh Steelers? Then what Harrison Smith Womens Jersey are you waiting for? Stay in the loop and sign up for our FREE Steelers newsletter!
Last month, Steelers GM Kevin Colbert said that he is confident that Green will be OK and ready to go for the upcoming season. After providing a temporary spark to Pittsburgh's offense, Green was lost for the year after sustaining a head injury against the Bengals in Week 15.
"(We're) excited about being able to come back and play," Colbert said of Green, according to Steelers reporter James Wexell. PennLive.com writer Jacob Klinger added that Colbert feels that the Steelers "absolutely" got their money's worth in Green in 2016, as Pittsburgh signed the veteran tight end to a four-year, $20 million contract last offseason that included a $4.75 million signing bonus.
Green was certainly a playmaker when healthy in 2016. He played a major role in three of Pittsburgh's wins during the team's seven game winning streak to close out the regular season, specially in the Steelers' victories over the Colts (two catches, 67 yards that set up two touchdowns), Giants (six catches for a careerhttp://www.officialvikingssale.com/shop-by-players-customized-jersey-c-2_57.html high 110 yards and a touchdown) and Bengals (five catches for 72 yards that included two big third down catches in the second half). He gained a quick rapport with Ben Roethlisberger, who praised Green's football acumen.
"He understands football," Big Ben said of Green during an interview with 93.7 The Fan near the end of the regular season. "When people have asked me about the improv and the ad-lib, the backyard type football, you either have it or you don't. Heath Miller had it, AB (Antonio Brown) has it. We've had guys that just get it, guys that when you're going out and playing backyard football, they're your first pick. Well, to me http://www.authenticbroncosshop.com/shop-by-players-virgil-green-jersey-c-1_9.html right now, it looks like Ladarius has it."
Late last month, Green told Steelers.com's Teresa Varley that he has no plans to retire despite his rash of injuries that plagued his first season in Pittsburgh.

If Saints are considering Johnny
As someone who doesn’t build NFL rosters for a living, I was not going to be so arrogant as to proclaim I knew conclusively why Colin Malcolm Smith Womens Jersey Kaepernick wasn’t getting signed by an NFL team this offseason. Perhaps his unique skillset made him tough as a backup because you had to build an offense around him, which is an idea I heard floating around. Maybe his game really had dropped off so much he wasn’t worth a flyer, as some experts seemed eager to point out. Maybe his salary demands made it impossible to bring him in, which is something else I read.
Even when Josh McCown and Mark Sanchez (!) got new deals, I was willing to at least entertain the notion that Kaepernick was being James Laurinaitis Youth Jersey passed over for a legitimate football reason. I didn’t believe it, but I wasn’t willing to say conclusively that the only reason Kaepernick was being passed over was for his peaceful anthem protest last season.
But with an NFL.com report that the New Orleans Saints are interested in Johnny Manziel, I’m willing to now say it conclusively: The only reason Kaepernick is being passed over is for his peaceful anthem protest last season.
Before we get to Kaepernick, let’s brieflyhttp://www.authentic49ersshop.com/shop-by-players-joshua-garnett-jersey-c-1_31.html address this Manziel report, which first came from NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport. This is such a catastrophically bad idea that it almost seems silly writing about it. Manziel, the former Browns quarterback, has admitted to numerous problems with substance abuse issues and spent the last year of his life in a partying whirlwind broken up irregularly with vague promises to do better. He’s still facing action from the league for violating its behavior policies.
And you want to put him in New Orleans? I lived in New Orleans for most of my early twenties, and love the city dearly to this day, but can say with complete confidence: New Orleans is not the place that a 24-year-old Johnny Manziel is going to buckle down, find a new focus and thrive. It’s just not the place for that. To live in New Orleans, you need a strong willpower, a good work ethic and an ability to know how to havehttp://www.authenticbillsstore.com/shop-by-players-eric-wood-jersey-c-1_21.html fun without overdoing it.
None of those things sounds at all like our dear friend Mr. Manziel.

5 memorable, 5 miserable WSU moments at Joe Albi Stadium
HANK GRENDA (WSU photo)
5 memorable, 5 miserable WSU moments at Joe Albi Stadium
the staff of Cougfan.com
THE STAFF OF COUGFAN.COM
5:45 AM
THE COUGARS will be at Spokane's Joe Albi Stadium on Saturday for their annual spring game. For the crimson faithful around in the '50s, '60s, '70s and early '80s, Albi represents more than just a sports venue. The place is packed full of WSURico Gathers Authentic Jersey memories. Here are 10 – five mesmerizing and five miserable – that stand out most in the minds of Cougfan.com.
5 MESMERIZING ALBI MOMENTS
1. Nov. 23, 1968
Third-string Cougar senior quarterback Hank Grenda gets the Apple Cup start (pictured above) on a "hunch" by first-year head coach Jim Sweeney. The tall Canadian threw for two TDs, ran for a third, kicked a field goal and booted three PATs. He also punted. When it was over, 31,000-plus in Albi were nearly as stunned as the Washington Huskies. WSU won the game 24-0 and Grenda scored every point on the board.
2. Oct. 30, 1971
The two best backs on the West Coast, WSU's Bernard Jackson and Oregon's Bobby Moore (i.e. Ahmad Rashad), as well as two of the West's best quarterbacks, Cougar Ty Paine and Duck Dan Fouts, squared off in a wild one that saw Jackson Brice Butler Womens Jersey rush for a whopping 261 yards and race 46 yards with a fake punt for the game-winning TD. The Cougars won 31-21.
3. Nov. 18, 1972
Down 10-3 in the third quarter, the No. 20-ranked Cougars rallied and romped the rest of the way to defeat No. 17 Washington, 27-10. The game is known for Gary Larsen's celebration sacks of Sonny Sixkiller, but the real story was the Cougar defense, led by Eric Johnson's three interceptions, and a Cougar offense that triple-optioned its way to 183 rushing yards and two Ty Paine TDs. Stat of the day: The teams combined for 13 fumbles, of which the Dawgs lost five and the Cougs two. WSU finished third in the conference behind USC and UCLA and No. 17 in the nation. This was all-conference lineman Bill Moos' last game in crimson.
4. Sept. 23, 1978
Arizona State, a vaunted program in those days under http://www.authenticsteelerssale.com/shop-by-players-ramon-foster-jersey-c-2_21.html Frank Kush, was new to the Pac-10 and Sparky's first game in the league was against the Cougs at Albi. The Sun Devils were heavily favored, but WSU firebombed them, 51-26. A tremendous goal-line stand by the George Yarno-led Cougar D in the first quarter set the tone. And quarterback Jack Thompson cemented his legend as the fabled Throwin' Samoan with a conference-record six touchdowns – three passing and three rushing. The Associated Press and Sports Illustrated named him national player of the week.
5. Nov. 14,1981
The No.17-ranked Cougars hosted Cal at Albi in the second-to-last game of the regular season. The stakes were high – and so were the winds. Gusts reached 53 mph at one point, triggering a Cal punt that went for minus yardage. A Cougar win would be their eighth of the season – the most by a WSU team since 1930 – and it would set up a winner-to-the-Rose-Bowl-showdown with Washington the following week in Seattle. Thehttp://www.authenticsteelersshop.com/shop-by-players-landry-jones-jersey-c-2_37.html Cougs didn't play especially well, but they didn't disappoint, winning 19-0. Tim Harris rushed for 103 yards and the defense harassed Cal quarterback J Torchio relentlessly. The headline in the Spokane Chronicle the next day read "Cougs smell Roses."
